Barcode & RFID
Code128 and QR labels at true sizes with correct Arabic, ZPL export, RFID encoding in a private scheme or GIAI-96, and binding with real verification that rejects a neighbouring tag.
Custody & transfers
Hand over to an employee, department or branch, acknowledged by signature or a one-time link, and inter-branch transfer orders with a decision per line — an asset is never in two custodies, a rule enforced in the database.
Physical count
A session with a defined scope and a frozen snapshot of what was expected, a handheld scan page with a local queue that survives network loss, and closing with adjustments.
Maintenance, contracts & consumables
Work orders with parts, cost and downtime, preventive plans that raise their own orders, contracts that cover in four ways with a notice-window alert, and consumable balances where every movement carries its reason.
Reports & access
A dashboard and thirteen reports with real Excel export, 62 permissions and six roles scoped company-wide or to one branch, an audit log keeping the value before and after, and a documented REST API.
A server in your network — your data never leaves it
- A Windows server in your network with SQL Server and IIS — the setup script does the rest, with an HTTPS option.
- A modern browser on user devices; the interface is natively Arabic (RTL) and English.
- A thermal label printer for barcodes and QR at true millimetre sizes, with ZPL export for Zebra printers (optional).
- A handheld RFID reader if you want fast counting and tag-to-asset binding (optional).
- Your data stays inside your network, and alerts are sent through your own mail server.
